今天的文章就来讲讲A/B/C柱的原厂工艺，然后两个比较特别的案例。这些都为后续鉴定车辆提供了很好的技术保障。

一、汽车A/B/C柱常规的原厂工艺

1、点焊工艺

上图就是原厂的点焊工艺，这也是在门柱位置最常见到的焊接工艺。点焊工艺的特点就是焊接位置呈向内凹陷的圆形，但是你要注意不同厂家的点焊工艺是存在区别的，上图是一个花冠的焊点，它的原厂焊点并不是特别圆，但这也是原厂的状态。

这是宝马的原厂点焊，宝马的点焊焊点就非常的圆，所以鉴定的时候要注意区分原厂点焊的状态，这可不是不圆的就是伪造的焊点。

2、激光焊接工艺

激光焊接工艺最常应用在车辆门柱和车顶的位置，也是大众品牌最喜欢采用的焊接工艺。激光焊接工艺的焊缝呈线段状，可以向内凹陷、可以向外凸起，甚至可以击穿钢板。上图就是一个大众早期的激光焊接工艺，你明显可以看出它击穿了钢板，这也是正常的状态。

这是一个比较常见的激光焊接的焊缝，一段一段的线段比较规整，而且没有击穿的痕迹，这也是原厂的状态。

激光焊接工艺不仅仅是大众品牌采用，其它品牌也同样采用这种焊接工艺，但是你需要注意不同的车型激光焊接的工艺是存在差异的，可千万别以为那是后期维修造成的。

3、铆接工艺

针铝合金的车身，它的门柱焊接工艺和传统车身有明显区别，它采用的是铆接工艺，上图可以清晰看到门柱上的铆点。

铆点的主要特点：它跟传统的焊点非常相似，但是它要比焊点圆很多，铆点是一个规则的圆形。

铝合金车身的门柱你要注意铆接工艺和传统点焊工艺在铆点和焊点上的区别，否则你鉴定的时候会出现问题。

上述的三种A/B/C柱工艺都是最常见的焊接工艺，大多数的车辆都是采用其中一种工艺在门柱上面，但是你也要注意它们之间可以混搭使用，这样的车辆在鉴定的时候更需要注意，否则你很容易鉴定失误。

二、汽车A/B/C柱非常规的混搭原厂工艺

1、传统点焊+激光焊接

这种状态是非常迷惑人的，在一个门柱上面既有传统的点焊又有激光焊接工艺，两者采用混搭的状态使用。

这种形式的车辆常见于大众品牌下的车型，：途观L、途安、途锐、高尔夫等，但是你要特别注意即使是同一个车型，不同年款的门柱也会存在焊接工艺的差异。

2、铝电阻点焊+铆接工艺

这是我今天要重点的凯迪拉克CT6，这款车的A/B/C柱的焊接工艺非常特点，也是非常典型的车辆。

由于凯迪拉克CT6的车身是铝合金车身，它的门柱采用的是一种新型的铝电阻点焊工艺，这种工艺使用的车辆比较少，你需要格外注意。

铝电阻点焊的焊点跟传统点焊的焊点非常相似，但是它有一个独特的特点，那就是焊点内部是有螺纹的形状，这主要是跟它的焊头相关。

这一点差异可以让你快速的区分铝电阻点焊和传统的点焊工艺。
